Just spent 2 minutes of my life reading this thread that I will never get back, gonna log out now and make a candle out of my own ear wax to relieve the boredom.

This whole forum is becoming a bit of a bore same old same old…

arent the blues one for rail work

Hi all been a while since I last posted.

The new biomass livery is only on the biomass units/trailers. The biomass is separate from Stobart haulage (you might remember a few posts about Stobart haulage separating from the Stobart Group). You’ll notice that on the biomass wagons they don’t have the 3 LED lights in the grill, that’s because biomass is separatfrom the haulage company. They’re now two seperate companies (I think, don’t quote me on that). The 4x2 units will be for euro work, they recently got a load of new Scania R series specced up for euro work (Stobart biomass is getting big business abroad).

The blue Stobart style units are owned by William Stobart (WS Transport) and are seperate from Stobart haulage.

Exactly as I understand it .

In simpler terms, WS Transport, Stobart Biomass and Eddie Stobart Limited are all seperate and have nothing to do with each other.

Yes SIMPLE is best for the majority of posters on here     ,only thing that confuses me is why the bio- mass/ ws transport drivers continue too give us a wave / flash of there lights ,were nothing too do with them arntbwe

Yeah nuttin to do with each other that’s what you tell the taxman or the debt collectors but in reality they are joined at the hip!

I had to do a double take last week when a Stobart bus came towards me
