Anyone know what rates can be expected on a load from Hungary or Austria back to UK either with ferry paid or without ?

i,d say with all the taliban doing that work you,d be lucky to get 1500 euro without ferry for dry. not mutch fridge from that area. may be wrong.

Last year a full artic load Budapest to Brum for around £800.

HU export rates are crap, espec. if it’s a return load for you; ~75c/km.
Bit better in Austria, ~1e/km.
