Looking for rates getting from A to B for UK and EU behind the wheel of an LGV Class 1.
if you mean pay rates anywhere from £6.20 per hour
Just been reading your other posts anything less than someone else
If you’re tramping all week on either UK or European, Then you’re looking at taking home about £600 per week. But you might not get back home for 2 or 3 weeks on European work, The French, German, and Italian driving bans see to that.
It really depends, some drivers work for next to nothing and some work for good money…
I work for several local agencies in the area and I am self employed, last week I turned over £1070 and the week before £890
Obviously this is before tax, so take off any Tax deductable expenses then 20% is paid in corporation tax at the end of the year, also 10% is VAT
Much less tax than paying 22% for one agency and 40% for any more you are registered with
trubster:

But you’d get refunded the overpayment from the other agencies so you’d pay exactly the same tax as if you’d earned the same amount with one employer.
Notice you said you only pay corporation tax so you don’t pay any income tax on the dividend, PAYE or any National Insurance both employer and employee?
