I have just found my old sub and amp in my shed. So in my wisdom iv decided to want to fit it in my truck. The only thing I’m in sure of is the 12v feed to the amp. Can this be taken from one of the batteries or are the both 24v while connected?

Should be wired via a dropper - sometimes the ciggie lighter. Poor practice to take a feed from one of a pair of batteries.

I was thinking off the back of the radio, but the cable I have is huge(thick) so wasn’t to sure
