Is the R620 only available as an auto?
Behind this mechanical symphony orchestra, a single dry plate clutch is coupled to the GRS0905 synchromesh 14 speed gearbox. Manual gearsticks are offered with the 500 and 560 engines only, whilst the R620 top choice comes with Scania’s Opticruise as standard.

I think they will release a new v8 late next year with 700 plus horses so best wait till then if you do strike gold, you should be able to spec it with the new 2 pedal auto then as well, NICE. 
I think i would want a manual though, with forged pistons, high tensile rods, twin turbo on custom manifolds into twin eminox (one off each bank), chipped up to 920bhp, with a custom built diff, limited to 186mph(in the intrests of mpg)

pretty sure the one i drove was manual, but might of been 4 over 4 rather than 3 over 3
