We use that - It’s all done in real time As soon as the inspection or service sheet is signed off it pings off an e mail to the operator and can be viewed online. DVSA accept it as a record keeping method so you don’t need to print off paper copies. They also do a driver daily check thing on a PDA which works the same.

Forgot to say if the vehicles are planned on it it e mails you a reminder in advance and if it becomes over due.
