Does anyone know of a company probably of Portsmouth called R V Handler or possibly Mandler.

I’m trying to identify a wagon in a photo but due to the angle of the shot its difficult to make out whats written on the side. Its almost certainly R. V. Handler or maybe Mandler and the location appears to be Portsmouth or something else with the right number of letters ending in -mouth, so -----mouth.

Wagon is a Bedford TK

No-one?? Could date back to the 50s but I thought TK was a 60s wagon.

OK its Chandler, there was a letter hiding behind a mirror. I still think its Portsmouth…
