Twilight zone has been bought by one of Roys ex drivers, shipped back over here and is currently being restored to its former glory just as she was

Does anybody have any photo’s or information on how Roy Gill’s Scania 143 500 ‘twilight zone’ is coming along?
I hear it’s being brought back to the UK and being restored.

It’s an absolute shame this truck is in such tatters!……. What a difference from when Roy owned it.
I really can’t get my head around why anybody would let a truck go like this!

That was rolled not long after he sold it, was respreyed white when repaire. Used to love that truck

!of if not the best 143 i saw,nicely painted and blinged up,but not to much.

Thanks for them,you havnt got any of the back of the 500 have you,if i remember correct,it had a board between the stacks airbrused up,looked ace.
Still see Question of Sport with Roys name on,but it is in a dyre state,seen better looking hire trucks than that now ! 
Hiya mate this is only one i have that you can sort of see the back i took it at Driffield truckshow my daughters walkin infront of me as always when yer tryin to get a good shot.Ive seen the old Daf 85 sometime last year it still looked well had teddybears or winnie pooh paint theme on it if i remember correctly.
Ive just realised your The Cloburn driver i was lookin at your pics earlier amazing fleet you lads have well smart,real subtle and not overdone just been done all silver,see them regularly i always have a good butchers,the 8 wheeler passed me on m62 near manchester last week have they been working on the night time roadworks on that stretch,they dont hang about much the tipper lads and they dont thank yer for flashing them in neither, not to worry tho eh.Smart motor yours anyway… 
Ye I work for Cloburn m8,thanks,we do have nice trucks,mine has a bit extra than the rest with exhaust and extra bars,all leather inside etc,I I’m not wrong I think the tippers are on the A1 upgrade,although I don’t know much bout them as I’m on the International side,you have some good pics,thanks for sharing.
The CF is owned by Rusty Bywater and is in a bit of a state
