Not really enough information to answer this without a guessing element. Assuming you mean 48 hours maximum work then the answer could be 0 hours. 5x9 hours driving days and 1 x3 leaves no time for other work. However as no other work is unlikely, and not really legal as no checks done or done while on break/rest, I’ll go with work being done on just 5 days in the week. So, 5x9 hour drives leaves 3 hours for other work, and is enough time for daily checks, fuelling and assorted other work each day. The rest of the hours up to the 13 maximum will have to be break, or break and POA if you use it. If you are sticking strictly to the 48 hours as the maximum the driver will not be able to resume work following his weekly rest until after 00:00 Monday or he will go past the 48 hours.

I’m skipping this one as I have no idea of the route or mileage involved and can’t be arsed doing the maths. Anyway with an average of 12 miles an hour I’m going to park up and take a rest period until the traffic clears so I won’t make it back.

Fifteen minutes at the six hour point. You will require a further 30 minutes of break, made up of at least 1x30 or 2x15, before the end of the shift. due to the 11 hours of actual work involved.

5 you have to make a delivery to Moldova from Newmarket why would this be different to any other tip you make in the UK

You will be working under AETR rules for the entire journey. That means 3 breaks to make up 45 minutes are allowed, or 2 as long as neither is less than 15 minutes, 22 +23 minutes for example. The 15 minutes followed by 30 EU break requirement doesn’t apply. You will only be able to reduce your rest 3 times in the week as opposed to between weekly rest periods. You will only be able to interrupt your rest once to board or disembark from a ferry or train. There is no weekly driving limit of 56 hours, only the 90 hour fortnightly one. In other words you have now time travelled as far as the regulations go and it is now pre April 11 2007.

1 none, its impossible to do it there must be an element of work to do in each day as there 6 day on max working under EU regs

2 10.30am

3 a yes b no

4 15 can be taking at 6 hour mark and there be 30 required before the end of your shift which could be done in 2 x15 mins

5 would be working under AETR rules for the entire journey
