I’m glad you could decipher it, made no sense to Me :unamused:

So basically, his subsidised rent is going up, his boss wont give him a pay rise, and he’s chucked it in. :unamused:

WTF where the hell does it say that

Well that’s where I thought you talking about your rent, and I reckon if your Rent isn’t going up then there’s not a pressing issue to quit. So maybe housing benefit(if you getting it)is going down, making your out goings more. That would be an even more bizarre time to quit. Then to add but the chancellor will not get me now, seems to Me to say that your glad to no longer be paying tax :unamused: otherwise why would the Chancellor be a problem, so why not have another job to move onto, before you quit. The OP would read got new Job coz the last was a crap payer. Cant believe there’s a shortage off work around Purfleet :unamused:

He thinks the rent on his council house is going to increase because he’s got a good job… so he’s quit his good job and got himself a crap job.

It’s been done to death on another thread already.

Hang on a mo, i’m about 4 episodes behind.

  1. get really good mega job doing about 7 hours a day and big bunce, lovely.
  2. arrange a pay cut due to possible (if you believe a single word David Cameron sneers) impending earnings related rent increases.
  3. month of regular trip requiring early start, won’t do that not enough legal notice, however it was supposed to pay a grand a week, what that would have done to the rent i haven’t a clue.
  4. the jobs crap so jacked it in and gone to drive a milk float.

Is that the gist of it so far?

Juddian:
Is that the gist of it so far?

Pretty much yeah.

Except the OP never had to do 7 hours work. He just had to clock in and out for £300.

Ain’t that right, Lord Topmixertalksaloadofshite?

The thing is though, you’ve now got a job for 27grand, why not do a job for 10grand a year more or higher. Wouldn’t think that the removal of the subsidy on your rent would be that much
