I was talking to the examiner at the local testing station today he said its extremely quiet on the testing front at the moment with only one test tomorrow which is normally unheard of on a Friday.
Luckily I’m doing ok with enough work booked in the diary.
I wonder if any other trainers round the country are seeing a similar trend?
Honestly don’t know, Paul. Our “local” centres are at least 15 miles away - Nottingham or Sheffield so we don’t see folks trotting about as we stay near our own centre. So really no “feel” for how things are outside our own operation.
That’s dire! Have many private centres opened? Have they put an extra examiner in? If you’re busy (and, trust me, I’m genuinely please you are) you’re clearly doing something right where others aren’t.
My advice - paddle your own canoe and don’t worry about the rest.
You’re good, you know you’re good. And that’s what matters.
