Depending on where you’re coming from,both Jct 11 and Jct 12 are much easier (if longer) drives.
Jct 10 will send you through Walsall,which really isn’t funny 
This was my last drop on my first day as a truck driver. Stobart Stoke, down to Tesco Weybridge, over to Coca Cola in Enfield then up to the One Stop Shop.
If I remember right I came in from J9 of the M42, over to the A5 and across from there. It’s only a few mile from the A5. Pretty sure I then went back on the A5 towards J11/12 back to Stoke, as has already been suggested.

As for directions off at J11 and straight down A460 follow Cannock signs pick up A5 wattling street,first big island (toby carvery) Straight over 2nd island right follow A452 Chester road north,to a raised island (large stainless statue of a miner in the middle),turn right A4124 pelsall road One stop on your right after half a mile Apex Road.
