Wondering if anyone can help with the following scenario.
There’s a possibility that our drivers may be taking industrial action soon. I would support that action ie not crossing picket lines etc. However because I am not a union member does that mean that management could take some form of disciplinary against me if they so wished?

Yes I think they can. If your not in the union then your not bound by the union rules re strikes and are effectively just not turning up for work.
Its why I joined the union when I was with first bus. If they went on strike I had to still turn up for work. But in that scenario you’d be as well leaving anyway rather than be a scab.
Im sure someone more clued up on unions and the rules will be along soon to tell me im right or wrong
They can yes , in reality very few don’t as whilst your not in the union the reason for industrial action will affect you, usually over pay and conditions etc.
Just because your not in the union does not preclude you from taking part in any action.
It will be a brave employer who forces a non Union member to attend if they support any action their union colleagues are taking if the reason is affecting them
You need to practice your stance mate in preparation. A black coat with collars turned up should be adorned.
A very angry facial expression should be adopted along with very loud shout’s of " SCAB,SCAB,SCAB " at every opportunity.
