So his duty was recorded as a 05.00 start then I’m assuming so therefore 20.00 as already stated.

How do you do a manual entry with your card in?

dear oh dear :unamused:

why should he have finished half hour ago (in the real world I agree) he’s doing a fifteen hour spread over enough driving time left just the working time with him being held up.

Oh I see now I’ve done that wrong, he got the wagon at 08.45 and then done the manual enter starting at 7.00 and so on

Be more than a little difficult to do a manual entry without the card in. What you going to put the manual entry into if the card isn’t in?

Does anyone have a diagram of how to fold a tacho so it fits in these new digi tacho units?

H.

Then he’s good until 22:00 presuming he has a reduced daily rest period available, 20:00 if he hasn’t.

Right that’s changed things then, answer now is 22.00 as long as he has a reducer left this week of course.

thanks guys I told him that and just wanted it confirming, the daft sod still isn’t going to make it back tonight anyway but if he gets close enough to home he’s talking about being a silly boy  I have strongly recommended otherwise, thanks again.

Perfectly legal on a Friday evening it’s in the vosa manual.

Hourly paid …and extra night money out and loads of space in the truck stop and no having to take the missus to Tesco.
Hope he has his night out kit and it’s not a day cab .
