Question - Who runs these

Hi all. I see these (and many simular ones. Some in black etc) all the time in Leicester but have no idea who they work for. Any ideas? (note. this is the only time i have seen pics. Thanks for use of the pics Andrew)

Thanks for that. Just happend to see them as i was collecting a JCB and thought they were odd as they are day cab R cabbed 8 wheel tippers. a unusual site.
