Do you have cameras in your vehicles?
I was on an induction there recently and they said whilst they were installed in the cab, they weren’t turned in because of a court case where it was decided that it was a violation of your rights.

Not ■■■■■■■■ when every other depot is having a serious crackdown on discipline based on camera evidence.
Clarks have had cameras in the vehicles for years, I did some work for them about 7 years ago and they had them, facing into cab as well, tbh I don actually have a problem with as long as they are used for the right reasons, however there were 3 accidents whilst I was there and not one of them were recorded properly, but several disciplinaries based on camera footage, I walked when I was in a disc meeting after taking my seat belt off to manoeuvre truck in a car park,

Couldn’t care less about the reasons they don’t use cameras, it’s the unfairness of a unionised depot not being scrutinised that ■■■■■■ me off.
