This week I’m working through an agency for British ar auctions and my job will be to collect and deliver vehicles to and from the auction sites.

I’ve heard the hours are long about 12-13 hours per day but am I not subject to GB domestic limits?

Vehicles over 3.5 tonnes GVW?

It’ll be cars such as bmw’s etc and maybe the odd van etc thrown in. Nothing over 3.5t.

That job is not under any regs

I thought gb domestic rules applied if you were driving commercially and your vehicle was under 3.5t max weight? (Except ambulances etc)

Vehicles under 3.5 used in the transit of goods come under domestic
