Heading into Wales to meet family tomorrow but need to shower and change into civis. Is there a decent stop on M50 with a good shower?

Never used the showers but poked my head in (they were empty!) for a look.

Is there anything at the cattle market now? I thought it had all closed down.

There is a food cabin on the cattle market, but don’t expect much more than a bacon buttie/ burger.
I think you use the showers that are actually in the cattle market now, ask the bod in the snap cabin for the key.

Sarn park at Bridgend if you pay to park they let you use the showers in the hotel on site towels soap the lot. but no tv reception or 3G on the down side

I had a relaxing night and a good shower at Strensham, missing Cardiff a bit but it is just off the M50! Otherwise Cardiff Gate offered good service last night, but I didn’t try the showers as I knew I would be needing to kill an hour a Reading Services this morning.
