They are both plonkers of the highest order. Although common sense says the person with the smallest vehicle and easiest to manouver should move out of the way and no obstruct others who have done nothing wrong just to prove a point in a willy waving competition.

I didn’t think buses were usually allowed to reverse so should just sit there until police come. Car refusing to reverse without reason - court appearance and hopefully several points, plus hopefully employer sees it and fires them. (Extra points for being a prick).
