As said use a leisure centre. In Perth its just off the Glasgow Road .
I’d wait untill it’s dark. Then head towards the forth rail bridge theres a few areas where you can get close to the watrer take shower gel and go skinny dipping.ypur deffinatly feel refreshed afterwards
