That drone footage was baller. Only problem I can see is the colour is messed up.

Wow, that’s an impressive setup.

Great videos, it would be good to see the full reverse from above

Looking very impressive!!
I can’t wait to come up for my Cat C training next month!

That Christ for that, I’m not in them!

Very good Pete, but where are the other 2 Artic’s?
You worried about them being a colour clash?

but where are the other 2 Artic’s?

Not a clue! I was nowhere near when this was done. Thankfully!

Pete

Thankyou. Wont argue with that!

At least you know you’re coming to a “proper” place. And you even know where the car park is!

Pete

Great videos! I was training that morning but cant see me in any thankfully! Though that might be me reversing the W+D.

Are you going to be doing an aerial video of a full C and CE reverse ?

Just what I was wondering Rog, I think it would be quite beneficial.

Never say never and I’ll mention it. Pleased folks are liking it.

Impressive stuff, you’ve invested a lot of money time and effort into that Pete and it’s paying off, hopefully for you and your staff as well as the customers, well done mate…a far cry from some of the bodgit and scarper operations i’ve seen out and about.

At first i thought the aerial shots were computer generated so clear were they.

Very impressive. It’s certainly good to see a trainer making a substantial investment in the future.

Even though I don’t like your attitude and fetish on Ivecos and MAN gearboxes I have to admit that making of these videos is very good and modern way forward… have to give you credit for that…

But… why the gap between trailer and artic unit on your video is so small, compare to other trainers/schools ?
And why you use 3 axle trailer instead of 2 axle trailer for artic ?

They are well made videos but they’re not training videos they’re spam plain and simple, apparently you can even get spam stickied on this site if you’re willing to pay :unamused:

I don’t recall describing these as training videos. Neither are they “spam”. They are plain, straightforward advertising which we are permitted having sponsored the forum.

LOL! Not about to change my attitude to the Iveco and MAN issues. I’m the first to say that Iveco are not the best truck on the road. But I do believe that our CAT C Ivecos are amongst the best vehicles for training drivers coming from cars. The Iveco artic will sit comfortably at the side of the more prestigious marques.

The “gap” is relatively small simply because the trailers are 13.6 metres long as opposed to the 12 metre and shorter sometimes used for training. I believe that, having mastered CAT C, big is beautiful for CE. For those that don’t agree with me, we also have the w+d option which, without a doubt, is easier.

There’s no real science behind having 3 axles. They handle a bit better than a tandem axle and they are industry standard equipment. This means that as we purchase more units, it’s not difficult to keep the trailers uniform.

Hope this helps, Pete

Attitude? I’ve not noticed any, he has a great training school backed up by a fantastic team of staff with excellent facilities which he is (and should be) rightly proud of!

I enjoyed my time with PSTT and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to anyone!

These vids are great, and have helped convince me of who I’m going to get my training with once my application for my provisional goes through!
