Oh no not another ■■■■■ thread
Harry will be along in a minute
undetected by a sophisticated surveillance system.
Not that sophisticated it seems.
They should have had some of these up…

Phi… Only 38000 litres altogether?
We had a drunken train driver in Poland who was trying to escape the police, so the stationmaster switched the points and refered him to an unelectrified line when he stopped, as his engine was electric.
He had 42 tanks attached to it and when the cops arrived, he offered them that they can take one, or even two as a reward for letting him go free
Stupid coppers did not followed the bargain and arrested him instead
Obviously they have scoped out the place for a while and knew the blindspots etc. Seems far too professional for a bunch of worthless ■■■■■■ to be behind it.
“Detectives have launched an investigation into how the thieves managed to evade the filling station’s CCTV cameras and automatic number plate recognition system, installed as part of Morrisons’ defences against drive-away petrol theft.”
What do they need “detectives” for? Having managed a petrol station site in the past, all it takes is a small step ladder to reach the forecourt ‘overview’ camera and either chop the cable or spray paint on the lens. The other cameras are usually above the pumps and point downwards at where the car would be, so no worries about the tanker appearing on any of those. As for the ANPR camera, that’s solved in approximately 5 seconds by covering the reg plate with a piece of A4.

Based on this were you anywhere near Burton between midnight and four-thirty on the 2nd of August?
Shhhh.
They can’t be that clever. If they’d had any brains they’d have broke into the shop and pinched the “Morrison’s Miles” coupons to go with it. Every 333 litres they get a 5 quid shopping voucher!.
Police are still puzzled as to exactly how they pulled it off without raising suspicion, especially as it is believed they used pneumatic drills to break into the tanks.
PC Adam Cornes, at Burton police station, said: 'The offenders would have had to use a large vehicle or a tanker to remove this large quantity and it would have taken several hours.
I bet they were all wearing Hi-viz vest great for not getting noticed.
