Well some of you know I applied for car c prov and I have 12 points, some was skeptical that I’d get the provisional, but, this morning I have received my license back with all my entitlements, without having to speak to the tc! Happy days I’m ecstatic!

Not if you can persuade a judge it will severely impact your life.
Yea have a daughter and couldn’t earn without a license. ( I’m a delivery driver) so pleaded hardmanship, I have since change my whole attitude to driving!

As said not always there was a taxi driver in this area who had 28 points on his licence ( yep he was a bad driver was he going to change nope he would plead hardmanship or racist )
