Do I need to apply for a provisional again before I can do my C+E training and test?
nvm did some googling and found that I do :S sometimes I hate the UK and this silly provisional licence bullocks.

I did get the counterpart as I am in NI and if UK has stopped giving out the counterpart it will be a while before NI will stop giving them out ( at least 10 years behind time with the rest of Europe )

Just to proof my point :

if your licence was issued in Northern Ireland

There was some talk about suspending the end of the counterpart until a system is brought in place for businesses to do licence checks but I am not certain …
