was talking to a lad today who is going to be doing his class 2 lessons as soon as he has done his theory and haz test’s.he was telling me that he sent his £29 to dvla to have his lgv provisional put on his licence. he got his licence with the entitlement on it along with his £29 returned to him.he called them up to ask why the money had been returned to him 
he was told that it is now free of charge to have provisional lgv added to your licence,it has just been changed recently.i suppose it’s something.i wonder if the test center’s will drop the price of the test’s both written and driving,but i wouldn’t hold your breath
