Proper Truck

A get in, in Vienna

Beautiful surroundings for a change, and a nice truck also. Looks like the set up Edwin Shirley used to run years ago!

A lot of people say to me that it looks like an ex EST Motor but they had silver, not purple chassis and they didn’t run Gobstoppers.

It is ex Redburn Transfer, trailer is ex Eurofleet Rental.

I bought it in 2004.

Thanks for putting the pictures on Geoff.

yes WIEN is a great place, and in the summer down by the
Donau is even better by the FKK beach, nicephotos had the
pleasure when doing GAS work to have a F12 andgastank
for a while,it was so much better than the mercedes we
also had,

Lovely surrounds and a stunning truck mate , always had a soft spot for F12s and the rare F16’s, always remeber weatagroves transport(london) ran a lovely F16 , with eminox stacks sounded and looked stunning

yup proper truck and stunning background, nice pictures

Geoff, did you buy that truck from Roy Humphreys?? I remember speaking to Jamie the salesman, and someone had just picked an F12 Globetrotter up, im sure Jamie told me it was going to be a purple colour on the bottom when it was sprayed, i did see the truck as it was leaving Humphreys if i remember, it was in good nick then.

Kindle, Its not Geoff’s truck, it’s mine.
I bought it from Redburn Transfer and it was painted by Roy Humphrey’s.

The pictures were taken by Geoff.

I had a 2 truck job to Vienna and subbed one load to Geoff.

His truck is back to back with mine in one of the photos.

Ah right, it must have been the one i saw then, im sure it was the same colours as in the pic, just presumed as it was nice and shiney it had been bought from there. Good looking truck anyway.
