Professional v/s Trained Worked

Wake up Yesterday anbd no Water in House
Frozen
At the End i had to wait till 18.00 for the Plumber.
It was a Job of 30 min to de-freeze and put some old Clothes as Isolation around.
Then he was explaining us that it is normally to get Water at the Top-Floor when supply is frozen.
So well,he may have heard anything during his Training but didn’t listening properly.
Now,a Professional Plumber would have said that you can use in the Basement the Water which is in Pipes in the House as it flows down, but, the good Lad didnt even think what he ius talking.
You cant compress Water and where shall the Pressure come from to get the Water to the second Floor.
Sadly,You find more and more such trained Workers in all Parts of the Industry who know what they got trained for,but then is just a small Number which goes the next Step.
I just remember when i came first to UK.It was just frightening how close everyone parked.Sometimes,as the one Company in Feltham still does,is just a 20cm Gap between the Trailers
But mostly not anymore
