Problem printing out D4 medical form

No matter what I try, when I print the D4 the bottom centimetre gets cut off - the bit that asks for your name and date of birth.

I have asked DVLA for a hard copy, but I have an appointment for the medical booked and need this ASAP.

Has anyone else found this problem, and what was the solution?

Before printing it out can you go into print options and adjust the perameters/size?

At last!

It’s a pdf form, so I saved it to desktop and opened it in Adobe.

Then in print options had to shrink it (a tiny bit) and it printed ok.

I have about seven copies of page 4 if anyone needs one. :smiley: :open_mouth:

All done, so this can be ACTIONED!
