may be getting a wee bit stricter though what with vosa out and about more and just last week at roscrea they were pulling all trucks in and it looked like all possible agencies were involved.would be a chance chaversdad could take but would insurance for instance be ok if he didnt have his international licence in the event of a claim or accident?
You need an international licence to go from N,Ireland or any part of the uk to the South of Ireland no matter how far you are in the south and not just Dublin centre, and yes they do check as I was asked for my community authorisation cert about 2 weeks ago in the south after they checked my licence
