Was looking on the Fish For Jobs website, and an agency (forgot which) was wanting Class 1 day & night drivers for large new distribution warehouse on Pro-Logis Park in Bradford.
I know this is the new estate at the top of the M606/Rooley Lane … but as i don’t go into Morrisons Cutler Heights at present … just wondered if any-one knew who had “moved” into this new estate ? It’s only idle curiosity.
I’'m sure a couple of years ago, there was a rumour that M&S were talking of having a big new RDC in Bradford ?
M&S are indeed shortly taking over a big new distribution centre at the top of the M606.
DHL are handling the transport and are apparently integrating the Bradford operation into
their existing network, and there will be NO vacancies for drivers in the Bradford area.
Probably another case of agencies advertising for non-existent jobs.
The warehousing is to be handled by Wincanton who have already completed recruitment.
Neither myself nor the Jobcentre have seen or heard of any advertising for these posts, so
I’m guessing there might be a lot of agency used in the warehouse.
