Private Eye

Kudos to “Private Eye”. And thanks to Euro for posting link.
And good to see “More or Less” back for another series.
More facts and less opinion in the world gotta be a good thing.

“O what a tangled web we weave, when first we practice to deceive” Though I very much doubt it’s the first.

I guess this goes a long way towards explaining why nobody actually buys Private Eye any more.

No doubt Ian Hislop is grateful to be able to employ Poles and Lithuanians to clean his house or build an extension for £30 a day, but for the rest of us the eu is not quite as beneficial. I’m voting “out”, end of.

When we vote for OUT, euro and franglais have our permission to sod off over the channel with their mates.

To be fair to Private Eye it is highly critical of the whole of the EU and all it actions. It aims to show were any questions exist regardless of which side of the argument - in the past it has shown funding issues with those campaigning for " remain" who have “been given funding” from the EU allegedly. Yes I am a reader and have been for years. As to the vote not yet sure but inclined out.

Well said.
On this occasion The Eye is pointing its finger in one direction, but will probably point out equally worrying issues with the other camp. Not an inspiring level of debate for such a serious issue from our political leaders Im sad, but not surprised, to say.
