The firm I work for takes 5 loads per day of household waste from Fareham to le Herve or what is left after the paper ,tins and plastic has been removed from it
Oh god those gas Fodens were a crime against transport. More power in my little finger, and usually just randomly switched to gas when you needed the power most. Often on the tip, power gone, start sinking! Awful things.
recycled material prices go up and down like a yoyo, checked the prices for this year so worked out some averages
news and pams £100/tonne
old kls(cardboard) £70/tonne
sorted white letter £150/tonne
plastic clear/light blue PET £240/tonne
wood gets interesting the recycling companies have to pay to get rid of that, A grade which is clean unpainted i.e pallets, packing cases and wood off cuts costs between £0 and -£30/tonne to get rid of to the likes of stobarts, jenkinsons ect.
low grade C grade if everything else that is not painted costs -£22 to -£60 a tonne to get rid of, and it gets even more silly that painted wood is not even classed as wood!!!

Very wise. You’ve probably saved a child’s life. Thank you
Assuming you mean tesco stores, the bloke at cheshunt extra told me Harlow dc charged £500 for an empty truck to collect rsu. It’s less than a 20 mile round trip
