Seen a few WS Transport units pulling Stobart trailers this week. What’s the betting that WS will soon have Eddie Stobart stamped down the side of them when all the prospective buyers decide that the debt pile is not worth it, and they can just pick off the contracts if/when Stobarts go under.
I also noticed that a hell of a lot of the Stobart drivers seemed to be “Agency”. Wouldn’t want to be one of those and owed money when stobbies go pop

Stobarts now own Logistics People, an agency, this is why you see so many “non green” drivers these days, they basically dropped all their zero hour casual drivers (I was one) expecting us to switch over to their new agency.
They got a big .i… from me and numerous others instead and we left.
I feel sorry for the core of decent ESL drivers (of which believe it or not there are many!) but wouldn’t shed a tear to see the shower of ■■■■ company go under.
I’m fairly sure WS are just biding their time…
