any help is appreciated. if it doesnt work by the end of today vodafone will be getting a very angry phonecall on tuesday morning
Don’t the instructions in new phones tell you that the first charge has to be 16 (even 24) hours, thereafter it should only take 4 hours to fully recharge the battery?

Should have bought her an iPhone 3gs instead! I got one last week and it’s a great bit of kit.I’ve h
got different apps so I can watch live tv and look for road closures, accidents etc. £45 on an 18 month contract, 1200 minutes, unlimited Internet and texts. It’s a great gadget to browse the web and play games on!
i got it working after all, took the battery out, swore at it, threatened that it was going to bounce “like a ballerina” off the nearest wall if it didnt work, put the battery back in and hey presto, not a problem since.
i wonder why they dont put that method of defect rectification in the manual?

They’ve obviously missed a trick there mate, what you should do is publish an ‘alternative’ instruction booklet with info such as when you’re ■■■■■■ and the phone falls down the bog and you think it’s ■■■■■■ dont worry put it in the airing cupboard overnight and all will be fine
