Have been reading about a possible
change in the overtakeing laws for
Germany , These would, come in force
when the weather is Bad,ie Snowfall,
Fog, Heavy Rainfall,This is being proposed by
the Goverments representative for
Rhineland–Pflaz, SO it is only being disscussed
about, IF and WHEN ,it does come in
force , They (govt) will then let us know.
