Possible Job

Maybe it comes down to job satisfaction? Do a job you enjoy for £ or so less an hour, or do a job you hate for a quid extra an hour?

I know what I’d choose.

Do the lower paid and then do some OT as you’ll won’t mind doing it unlike if you hate job you want to get done and go home

precisely, I think it’s about job satisfaction to be honest , I’m really getting into a point I don’t like to go work :-/ , I worked for a very small company in the past , they only had units , even tho I was driving a completely standard premium and some days the Magnums Boss , I was happier as I was the one doing my planing and take decisions as long as I get the job done , no silly phone calls or unexpected jobs , I smash the route , I get to finish early, simples ! , been trying big companies for a while , and not my cup of tea honest :-/

Youre right, its job satisfaction that does it for me too, being a truck enthusiast also helps. The day i hated going into work is the day i jack it in. I love what i do and what i drive. I sub but theres no hassle from the company, as long as the job gets done they dont care what you do, its the same for the employed drivers too. No planners, no daft phone calls, go which route you like, couldnt be better :sunglasses:
Ps- dont settle for anything less than a big hp V8… :grimacing:
