Poor sod!

Torr works.

Apparently it’s a £600,000 part for the crusher. Chains snapped on the hill.

Sorry boss! :grimacing:

Don’t know about Poor Sod more like lucky …
Imagine that coming off on the motorway or round about, by the shape of it that’ll roll a good way before stopping.

one chain failing should not compromise the safety of the load, I was ridiculed for years over the securing of my loads, but then I never lost one and I bet he had loads more gear on the truck, most serious drivers are magpies.

I feel sorry for the poor 8 legger drivers wanting to get on lol

I’ve had a guy hustle me off site before I’d strapped up properly, then left me to do it all myself off the site. He acted as if my insistence on strapping up before moving the truck was just a personal obsession.

hiya i was moving a 30 lump last year. it was only on site but i don’t shortcut. i use 4 x 10 ton straps
chassis round lump back to chassis in four locations…this chap said i’ll help…my job my responsibility i said
its ok this chap said …F off i told him…he was just going chock rail over the top and onto the other
side chock rail. i said f off again. he said don’t swear or you’ll be filled in. as he slipped down the trailer
in a heap…as he got up i was been escorted out of the gate never been back ooops.
