I seem to remember in the seventies they were part of the hilton transport group they kept their livery and had a small sticker below the door saying a member of the h t s group,it didnt last long and soon they were back on their own again.

Yes, that period is, perhaps understandably, “air-brushed” out of the company history on their website. I believe tthat the family bought the company speedily back from the Receiver when HTS went down.
