Anyone know what they’re like to work for? Pay etc etc

Thanks :sunglasses:

I heard that they are OK… But don’t know much.

They were advertising for Class 1/2 drivers not long ago.
Class 2 was around £355 gross for a 55 hr week and you’re away all week.

always very smart top of the range trucks

If you get caught speeding, expect to pay the fine

Thanks guys. Well I payed the fine for my CU80 back last year lol.

Was that money including night out allowance?

I get a crap wage anyway ( £7,30. 50 hour guarentee £18 night out )

It didn’t mention night out allowance.
You are away all week so would imagine this would be on top of the weekly wage quoted.

If you are more interested in driving a lovely truck and being away a lot - you’ll love working for them!

If you want to make a decent wage, be treated properly, and have a life outside of truck driving - you’ll hate them!

I used to run into Coca-Cola in East Kilbride with another company back in 2005.
Pollock had the distribution contract with them and I used to talk to a lot of their drivers. All these guys did was moan about how bad the money was and how bad they were generally treated!
But they all seemed prepared to tolerate their “terms and conditions” for the sake of a lovely big truck!

Enough said!
