I met this guy when I was on the Patriot march in London. I shook his hand and had a very good chat with him. He’s a smart cookie, a successful businessman and above all a realist.
Zero bull with this fella, a guy who’s actually lived the nightmare that the terminally deluded and gullible want to inflict upon us!

The nnew mayoral elections have not been cancelled. They have been postponed.
It is a bad sign of local government, and national gov getting reorganisation done slowly, rather than quickly. Bad definitely.
But it not that existing Mayors are serving longer to keep others out. It is all in areas where new Metro Mayors are to be introduced.
Nothing to do with eg London.

It is worth noting that the Bill enabling new Metro Mayors is a Labour law. English Devolution and Community Empowerment Bill: Second Reading: Recent Votes - TheyWorkForYou and no RefUK Ltd MPs voted for it.
They are wanting it now, but didn’t vote for it!
