Briefly……. He supposedlly posted a comment on social media along the lines of (paraphrase) ‘‘On the tube I can’t see anybody apart from me who is white’‘…..he may well have said he was the only bloke on there no women, if in fact that was the case to put it in simplistic terms, so would they in that case scream ‘‘misogynist’’ …or if he said he was the only Christian on the train do they then shout ‘‘Islamophobic’‘

I think his ‘‘refusal to co.operate’’ was based on the fact that he refused to hand over his private mobile phone to investigate.
Now I know our serial conformist would not blink at that request to clear his name, where as most of us, (and especially me ) would tell our bosses to ■■■■ right off at that request…..THAT does not automatically mean he is guilty.

If I was accused of something that I thought was really bad, I think that I would be happy to clear my name. I think that I would have confidence that my employers would look at my phone only so far as was relevant to prove I was in the right.
