I did note what the veterans said. That the accommodation was dirty, as the Council had said.

Yes a Sec 21 was served. On behalf of the owners. The people responsible for looking after the veterans but doing a piss poor job of it.

Do you think the Council should have allowed this private company to carry on taking public funds and failing to do a good job? I don’t.

WTF you want to bring migrants into the issue is not clear?

Ok let’s go down a similar Avenue on this .

What are your thoughts of ex (or maybe even current, but we will find that out to our detriment in due course I expect) Taliban and ISIS terrorists languishing in these hotels,.whilst homeless British forces vets, sometimes with ptsd are on the streets.

I refer to a news item a few months ago one cold winters night when news reporters were interviewing the homeless, this one lad still dressed in an Army jacket for warmth pointed to a hotel where these scum were staying and said…..this time last year I was fighting some of those lot in there and dodging their IED s whilst my mates got their legs blown off….he still maintained that squad due soh with a laugh after it

No I can’t remember the news source, no I have no actual proof of Taliban or ISIS terrorists in there before you doubtless ask , it just stuck in my mind.

No doubt many more ex.forces guys are in the same boat a stones throw away from these dens of atrocity,.and I find it absolutely disgraceful, with no signs of anything changing.

are you really that dense?

more two tier justice.

A man on a easy jet flight shouts i have a bomb death to america death to trump allah akbah (however its spelt) I have a bomb…. People start panicking phoning their loved ones to say good bye etc etc. In other words he has instilled fear in people and caused them undue stress and worry etc etc etc. Less than a day later cps decide he wont be facing terrorism charges.

Lucy connerly puts a few words on social media not threatening peoples lives etc and gets charged with terrorism charges.

He is still under arrest according to latest news,

Nayak, of Luton, appeared at Paisley Sheriff Court charged with assault and endangering the safety of an aircraft

Counter-terror police had initially assessed video footage of the alleged incident, however Nayak is not facing terrorism charges.

He was remanded in custody and is due back in court within the next week.

from Sky News

She wasn’t charged with terrorism charges, but charged with publishing material intending to stir up racial hatred From CPS

hang on let me look………..

nope still need to look some more…

still looking….

nope i didnt say he wasnt still under arrest i said he wasnt charged with terrorism.

fact one from your link

Rosemary Ainslie, Acting Head of the CPS Special Crime and Counter Terrorism Division, said: “The Crown Prosecution Service has authorised Northamptonshire Police to charge Lucy Connolly, 41, with publishing material intending to stir up racial hatred, contrary to Section 19 of the Public Order Act 1986.

notice her job title?

fact 2

All such allegations are by their very nature highly sensitive. For that reason, and to ensure a consistent approach, any allegation under this legislation, must be referred by the relevant CPS Area to the Special Crime & Counter Terrorism Division (SCCTD). Referral means the submission of a report by the Area to enable SCCTD and the Area to have an informed discussion about where the responsibility for the case should lie.

now tell me again she wasnt charged with terrorism charges

From the source, the charge is She has been charged with publishing written material which was threatening, abusive or insulting intending thereby to stir up racial hatred or having regard to all the circumstances, whereby racial hatred was likely to be stirred up, contrary to section 19 of the Public Order Act 1986. So I see it as not terrorist. But you are entitled to your opinion

of course you do because it fits the offical narative. i listen to what those in the know say. so it isnt my opinion it is what she says her lawyers say and the cps say

not just terrorism she is responsible for if you read her title, and obviously you must have inside knowledge?

bear with me…. im looking…..

still looking…..

still looking…. reading my comment for the 10th time…..

nope i never said she was only responsible for terrorism

nope i just read the news assimilate what is said and what is likely then make my own mind up. why would her lawyer the cps and the court all say it was for terrorism if it wasnt?

what you have negated to understand though was my original point on the two tier system.

back to reality for a moment starmers one in one out plan has worked wonders he obviously didnt grab his ankles properly with what ever he has given away to get the deal or paid out tax payers money…..

with yesterdays crossings we have now had 25,432 illegals come here so far this year.

just this month we have had 5,454 another record for any other july since 2018 and the highest number of crossings this year so far. that puts another 223.61 million of tax payers money going to these scum every year.

Seem to remember Tony Blair saying more people should go to uni.

around that time they were busy cutting grants and increasing student loans. Ofcourse they wanted people to go to university because it would leave a shortage of unskilled workers for them to fill with ee’s. then when they came out of university with their ba in the theory of cartoons they couldnt get a job because its a suckers degree and couldnt get the unskilled jobs because they were “over qualified”

just to add to the above on starmers brilliant success on stopping the illegals.

boris was in power for 38 months and in that time he was ousted because 63,314 illegals came here. that is an average of 1,666 a month. ignoring covid when no decisions could be made because most of government was shut down and no offices were open and he couldnt travel to do anything about the crossings. Starmer has been in power approx 13 months but 48,976 illegals have come here thats an average of 3,767 a month over 2.25 times the amount boris had.

4,333 a month is an average of 1000 illegals a week boris had that or more 3 times in 38 months. starmer has had it happen 5 times in 13 months and four of those were in the last 5 months.

As said boris was thrown out starmer stays….

Before a judge passes a sentence he or she will ask the probation service for a pre sentence report or PSR, these reports can take months to complete due to many probation officers leaving the job and not enough people want to apply for the position.

The PSR is used in court to determine the severity of the punishment and the length of a custodial sentence, the judge will decide the mitigating circumstances such as the first offence and a clean criminal record, the aggravating factors are decided, the level of remorse for the offence and the likelihood of a prospect of being rehabilitated if not sent to prison and if sent to prison the chances of rehabilitation in the prison system but there is not enough prison officers who are also quitting their jobs or are on long term sickness leave and absence due to stress, anxiety and depression, once again not enough new recruits are appointed for the difficult job.

The judge will decide the level of dangerousness to the public if not prison time is given.

The people in the riots did not get their PSR’s as the government used fast track in the justice system, for offenders being arrested and the next day they were in court and sent to prison.

Simply untrue. Look at the case of Lucy Connolly for example.

“The Probation Service was directed to prepare a “pre-sentence report” and sentencing was adjourned to October 17th.”

For one of your infrequent and brief visits?

Johnson quit as PM. He quit as an MP.

He has chosen not to stand again as an MP. (So far anyway) . Johnson was not “thrown out” as an MP. He was replaced (thrown out) as leader of the Tory party by Tories, not by anyone else.

Johnson chose to resign because he was about to be censured by the HoC Standards and Privileges Committee. The Committee has 7 members, 4 Tory, 2 Lab, 1 SNP. He jumped and ran away before the Committee gave any punishment out.

Starmer was voted in as an leader of the Labour Party, and as an MP. That is the way votes work.
