Has anyone ever heard of any reasons as to why you can get points removed from your licence early ?

Hiya…i think what you mean is the points are active for 3 years(when you can pay to have them removed)but 4 years
they are a insurance issue
why pay to have them removed■■? they are still on the dvla daterbase for good.
if you are a really bad lad and have had many of convictions over the years and for some reason you may
be getting banned the courts can sometimes bing up all your passed records

Taking a ban gets them removed. I once kept my licence with 15 points. I then got caught speeding at got a 6month ban. Applied for my licence back and it came back clean woop. Then back onto to road lol. Remember kids “points don’t make prizes”
