I have a question. If i start at 12:00. Get to a location at 14:00 and am told its a 2 hour delay to load me. I put it on POA for 2 hours taking me to 16:00.

Does this mean i can work to 20:00 before i require a break under the 6 hour rule. Assuming i dont hit 4.5 hours drive within that period. Basically what am asking, does POA extend my time.

Think of POA as just pausing the clock on your 6 hours.
