No because no driving time or RTD break is required

week 2 does not require an EU regs rest to be shown as no records for that week are required
week 3 requires a minimum break of 24 hours
CAVEAT - I am assuming that the word week means the fixed week period between sunday midnight to sunday midnight
cheers rog much appreciated
also does anyone know what the iphone app is called for trucknet as cant seem to find it
Another question which has popped up is

Were you driving under EU regs today?
Your quick rog
when you say driving under eu regs today i dont understand fully what you mean by that
i been at work since 8am (on other work ) and wont drive till 9pm tonight for 1 hour then one hour other work and finish at 11pm

That drive for 1 hour - is that under EU or domestic regs?
It will probably be under EU regs and if it is then you must have a minimum of 9 hours off for the daily rest unless you have already had 3 reduced daily rests since your last weekly rest ?
Assuming you can have a reduced daily rest then the earliest start time tomorrow will be 8am
eu rules

8am start tomorrow and I do hope you have a reduced daily rest available because you cannot get in a rest of more than 9 hours as you have done a 15 hour shift … 15 +9 = 24
Editted for spelling
It has to be a reduced rest, assuming you have one available, as you will have worked for 15hrs which only leaves 9hrs in the 24hr period since you started work. Obviously, you can physically take more hours, but it would still count as a reduced.
any link to official website to prove this guys

My guess.
You say you’re under EU regs. You started work at 0800 and work through to 2300, presumably with at least 45 mins on break, because nobody with any sense works for 15 hours solid.
You have to fit all work, break and rest into a 24 hour day.
8am - 11pm is 15hrs (commonly known as spreadover), therefore you’ve got 9 hrs left in that 24 hr day.
So you can’t start again till 8am.
15 hours is the absolute maximum spreadover, it’s preferable to keep it to 14:59 or even slightly less, to save going over due to any errors.
It’s called Spreadover because it’s 15 hours spread over break, other work, driving & poa, and also because a long time ago it was a term used in domestic drivers hours regs.
