After the 20 days Holidays can the company use the other six we have as POAs. this is what they say they are allowed to do i wouldnt have thought they could really surely if i am on holiday then i am not available for work so they should not be using them.

Yes any days over the 20 day holiday does not count towards working time and can be used to discount your hours, so theoretically they can work you like a dog for a while then use extra days holidays to get your hours down.
