I have never been stopped by the police while driving in Sweden, but they regularly test everyone coming off the ferry for DD. They should do the same at our UK ports IMHO, I have seen quite a few truck drivers hit the drink on the crossing then get in their trucks to finish their shift. Sea France with it’s free beer in the drivers restaurant didn’t help much!

geddit haha. cause my gf lives up there. but. The only time iv seen them checking people for drink is in the middle of the night where they close off the whole motorway and check everyone. Also since we do a few tours up there i have seen people been checked coming off the boat so be careful… I for one have never been stopped cause iv been in a uk truck but have had the odd police/punter come up to me i a service station and ask why they r so many black trucks heading the same way… Very nice people and a beautiful country now its getting warm… When i left today it was 15c in stockholm… truely splendid
