Nothing to laugh about, he could have damaged the bike, that means replacing it out of our hard earned taxes.
I worked security at a university, every year we had princess anne come and support a conference, heli used to land on sports field and she was taken by car with a police motorcycle cavalcade to the conference hall, same thing every year, but one year we were stood on the end of the access road awaiting the cavalcade, which rode straight past, you could see princess anne in the back of the car saying its down there as they passed.

Yes it is a sad world, person is going about with his job, makes a mistake a most of the people just stand there enjoying theirselves instead of making sure that this HUMAN is alright.
