thanks clarky i did not know about that, what is behind all this it has made me wonder what the game is with all these foreign trucks running about free of charge,being able to spend a 45 hour rest period outside a site ect, ect are we being or have we been taken over .This is going to get worse because when the councils start putting out tenders for their construction jobs foreign firms with this idea will have a field day, and no it is not a level playing field ,the french still own their airline,railways and power so do the germans, and italy,we are not allowed to own any part of them it is only us as far as i can see who play the game in this bent european scheme
