This was a trip to Spain, i tipped in Burgos and Madrid then re-loaded fruit in Murcia for delivery back to England… As you can see the snow between Irun and Burgos was so bad we were actually turned round and sent back to San Sebastian and across to Bilbao and back down on the motorway instead of running the N1.

if you park at the secure lorry park in coslada by the iveco factory and walk back accross the dual cariageway towards coslada past the big car park freds is underneath the 1st big apartment block, he’s still there, or was the last time i was there…
we still load about 7 or 8 trucks a week from de fritesspecialist at lomm, except its called aviko now, they were taken over 5 or 6 yrs ago…

yeah franken and boom still load out of there, franken generally do all of the dutch transport for aviko now between the different factories, have seen a couple of theirs in belgium recently though, they dont do scotland now, swijnenberg, a dutch company with blue mercs do the scottish stuff, boom do the uk stuff as well as us, generally see about 6 of em running down the corridor for the train on sunday evening when we ship out…
